You share your product requirements, target quantities, quality expectations, and timeline. We assess feasibility and identify the most suitable production route from our mill network in Turkey or the Far East.
We manage lab dips, yarn sourcing, and sample development across multiple factories. You receive samples aligned with your specifications — with alternatives proposed where improvements are possible. All samples are sealed and referenced before production begins.
Once the order is confirmed, we align with the factory’s production schedule and begin structured supervision. Our team conducts inline inspections, monitors raw materials, weave specifications, colour continuity under D65 lighting, stitch density, and packaging — sharing regular reports throughout.
When 90% of production is complete, we carry out a final inspection following AQL 1.5 Level 2 standards. All findings are documented and shared with you. No shipment proceeds without approval.
We manage all export documentation — invoice, packing list, ATR, CMR, and Bill of Lading — coordinate shipment preparation, and provide ETA tracking until your order is delivered. Post-delivery, we collect feedback to continuously improve the partnership.
